In accordance with the agreement concluded by our company with Kuwait Turk Bank, we provide our clients with loan opportunities at favorable rates and terms even during the construction phase. in accordance with suitable conditions, a loan in Turkish lira, Euro €, US dollars can be used, and our clients can draw up title documents for the property (tapu). The roof of each building in our project is made using the ytong roof system. this ensures the most effective insulation from heat and cold. Additional waterproofing of the roofs is also done with isoline and a special tile coating.
