Detached house in Benitachell. The main idea when designing these villas was the idea of combining several separate modules that would be connected externally to give a feeling of common internal and external space. It had to be an open and functional house, with plenty of light, two floors, a total area of more than 260 m² with a 66 m² terrace, and a plot of 900 m² with beautiful sea views, from where you can watch the unique sunrises directly from the sea. The interior space of the villa is distributed over two floors, on the upper level there is a module with bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, and the other two bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom. The living room module includes an entrance hall, a guest bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen, which is hidden if necessary behind a movable wall. Both modules are connected to a terrace and an infinity pool. On the ground floor there is a room of 68 m², which can be used for its intended purpose or or serve as a guest studio with a separate terrace. The project also includes a separate technical room, a parking space with a pergola and a storage room.
