A hotel in Georgia according to the "All Inclusive" system under the management of the Accor Hotel Group. The delivery date of Block A (with a wellness center and outdoor infrastructure) is the end of 2027, the start of work from the 2nd quarter of 2028. The territory of the complex occupies 2 hectares of land. There are 7 Blocks on the territory. The building has 2 staircases and 3 elevators, one of which is a service elevator. There is an underground parking for 200 cars. On the ground floor there is a restaurant (breakfast area) + bar. Room service throughout the complex. On the roof of the building there is a terrace with a bar. It is possible to offer two and three meals a day.
Block A - 30 floors, Block B - consists of 6 floors, on the first 4 of which there is a wellness spa center. All other blocks will be used as separate cottages.
Due to the fact that the area is mountainous, the location of all the blocks is such that each apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, and the buildings do not interfere with each other.
The entire territory is closed. On the territory there is a water park, several swimming pools, as well as slides for adults and pools with slides for children, a playground, a children's center with a nanny service and an instructor, a basketball court, a football pitch, a tennis court, a climbing wall with the appropriate service and instructors. Parking is common for guests, not sold separately. Not far from the complex there is a thermal spring (5 minutes) and a private beach of another Novotel complex, just 3 minutes away, transportation will be provided and provided for travel to the thermal spring and the beach.
