The villa belonged to the Marchesi di Rozzano marquesses and is a symbol of perfection and Italian style, an ideal place for lovers of romance and tranquility. The interiors of the villa are of unrivaled beauty, with mosaic floors, wooden staircases, statues and frescoes from the eighteenth century, and paintings from the late nineteenth century.

Ground Floor: On the first floor, through a large foyer decorated with a magnificent polychrome marble fireplace from the 18th century with panoramic windows with a magnificent view of the lake, we enter the dining room and living room. Also on this floor are a bedroom with a handicapped bathroom, a professional kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and entertainment room. Second Floor: The second floor consists of two spacious bedrooms overlooking the lake, each with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, another bedroom and a gym with Technogym equipment. Third floor: The third floor has a large veranda with panoramic windows overlooking the lake, an area with an American pool table and a corner for children, as well as two bedrooms with a bathroom. Fourth floor: The fourth floor consists of two spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have a small wall safe and air conditioning. About 20 meters from the entrance of the villa is a charming guest house with a bedroom and bathroom.
