Villa La Dolcezza, for an exclusive vacation on Lake Como, has been recently restored on the basis of an ancient patrician stone structure dating back to the 800s, and is located in the historic village of Lario Santa Maria Rezzonico, 40 km from Como. The villa borders Villa Camellia, with its stone facade, and is a typical example of the Lario architectural style. The first floor of Villa La Dolcezza consists of a large living room with a beautiful lake view, a reading area and a large equipped kitchen with access to a spacious sunny terrace. A small staircase leads to the tavern, consisting of a living room with sofa bed, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. From here, through large glass doors, we enter the quiet fenced garden, ideal for children's games, summer barbecues and enjoying the warmth of the summer sun on Lake Como. There is also a large modern swimming pool. Between the first and second floor is a small twin bedroom, often used as a playroom. On the same floor there is a comfortable bathroom with a Jacuzzi. On the second floor we find a bedroom with a French bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a room with a double bed and bunk beds.
