Independent villa in La Cala de Mijas Starting from the traditional silhouette of the house, the primitive pentagon, the design team developed these geometric lines to create a symbiosis with the existing vegetation, establishing a continuous dialogue with nature, its energy and movement. This breaks the central axis that forms the traditional sloping roof of the house and moves one of its edges, dancing to the rhythm of the breeze. This creates a difference between each villa, creating a unique Costa del Sol skyline. In keeping with the philosophy of "Less is more", the design reflects the search for clean, elegant and delicate lines. Materials such as natural wood have been used in certain areas of the villa, allowing for a constant dialogue with the surrounding natural landscape and undoubtedly giving the project the uniqueness, elegance and purity that define this project. The staircase, designed and built as a sculpture, transforms the living area into an exclusive art gallery. The 3 and 4 bedroom villas have been designed to optimize space and relationships between different areas.
