This original farmhouse was built in 1700 and consists of typical Ibizan style structures of varying heights and sizes, with whitewashed walls and juniper ceilings. The villa consists of four buildings: the main house, the guest house, the loft and the coral. There are well-kept gardens with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, a 50 m² swimming pool surrounded by a spacious sun terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue area with a large stone dining table, massage areas with a Balinese gazebo, two external showers (hot and cold), parking for eight cars and electric gates. Welcome pack (wine, water, coffee, tea, bath amenities) included. Fifteen hours of weekly cleaning (3 x 5 hours) are included. Linen and towels are changed once a week (on Saturdays). Maintenance of the garden and pool once a week. For any question or problem, the client can contact the manager. Additional cleaning, chef, housekeeper, driver and security are available for an additional fee.
