Four-storey modern mountain house located at an altitude of 1000 m in the village of Dulovina in Kolasin, near the Biogradska Gora National Park. The house is located on a plot of approximately 900 m2 and is spread over 4 levels with a total area of approximately 300 m2. The first floor of the house consists of a spacious living room with large and numerous glass surfaces, a kitchen with dining area, two terraces through which there is access to the courtyard of the house, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a wardrobe. The second floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. The attic consists of a studio apartment with a bathroom, a work space on the gallery and a storage room. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a ski storage room, a laundry room, a bathroom with a spacious free-standing bathtub, built-in installations for a sauna and a kitchenette, technical rooms for boilers and a water heater, as well as a spacious area intended for a gym or home cinema. Considering that the width of the walls in the house is 40 cm, and the load-bearing profiles are made of wood and aluminum with a built-in intelligent heating and cooling system, the house is one of the successful examples of energy efficient buildings in Montenegro. Since 2017, when the construction was completed, the house has received awards several times at prestigious architectural events in Spain, Germany, Slovenia, etc. The Dulovine forest park and botanical garden are located in close proximity to the house, while the ski centers Kolasin 1450 and 1600 are located at a distance of 11 and 13 km respectively.
