Ancient villa with a stunning view of Bok The villa was built in the early 19th century on the first line to the sea and has its own port. The villa has 4 floors, including an attic, and a total area of 450 m2, plus an additional 100 m2 in the attic. It has been partially restored and is intended for use as a mini-hotel with 10 rooms, and the attic can be converted into an 11th bedroom or staff room, with an elevator installed. On the ground floor it was planned to open a restaurant with a kitchen and access to the restaurant terrace. On the site there is a barbecue and space for sun loungers and umbrellas. Each room offers a stunning view of the Bay of Kotor.
