Hotel Graz has been completely renovated and is ready to open as a boutique hotel, spa and bar in the Old Town of Kotor, Montenegro. The hotel building was originally built several hundred years ago. In 1860 the building was converted into the “Hotel Graz”. Time has taken its toll on the facility, which was rebuilt from the ground up. This includes all new structural components, floors, windows, blinds, electrical, plumbing and air conditioning systems. Everything was brought into compliance with modern safety and environmental energy saving standards. All new furniture and custom fittings are ready to use. The current layout is 7 rooms, with the top floor being the master bedroom. Inside there are 9 bathrooms that have been built. After entering the reception area with a custom handcrafted marble table, take the stairs to the terrace. The terrace has an open kitchen equipped with Electrolux for 10 tables and a sushi bar. On the terrace you will see a waterfall among plants, trees and vines. Additionally, the 2 gazebos can be opened to allow more sunlight or evening stars. Once on the terrace, you cross an arched bridge into the hotel area, which is separated from the dining area. The hotel and kitchen are fully stocked with first class cookware and linens at no extra cost. Next to the reception there is a newly created spa area. Inside there is a sauna, steam shower, exercise machine, massage room and changing area. Opposite the sauna is a handmade Jacuzzi pool with a water pump erupting from a volcano and a waterfall. On both sides of the entrance, across the alley, there is a fully equipped bar with seating for 8 tables. Inside the bar, the ceiling is an original hand-laid Siga stone noise-reducing ceiling. Everything is set up and ready to start working.
