The Ivanovichs were considered one of the richest families in Dobrota - by the beginning of the 19th century they had 11 houses in Dobrota with a total value of 23,140 Austrian forints. For comparison, 24 Dotto houses of another famous Radimir family were valued at only 21,740 forints. The architecture of the buildings is made in the Baroque style. It is one of the outstanding castles and buildings on the coast of Montenegro.
