Period Farmhouse/Country House in Umbria, Perugia, Spo Beautiful stone farmhouse in an ancient village on a hill, with panoramic views of the Umbrian valley a few kilometers from the city of Spoleto. A place well lit throughout the day, where in the evening you can admire stunning sunsets. A skilful restoration using period materials and modern technologies has created a harmonious environment - plastered walls alternate with exposed stonework, stone arches, ceilings with wooden beams, terracotta floors, a unique setting with period furniture and modern details to ensure maximum comfort. The farmhouse is on several levels: on the ground floor, with access from the garden to the terrace, there is a large living room and a spacious kitchen, which adjoins a charming dining room with walls and ceiling made of stone. And the presence of glass inserts in the floor overlooking the ancient medieval street below is a unique feature. The floor ends with a storage room and a corridor leading to the sleeping area - a bedroom and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. On an even lower floor there is a characteristic cantina, the so-called 'ice grotto', where in ancient times the ice formed allowed food to be preserved. On the ground floor, which can be accessed both from the entrance from the common courtyard and from the two main entrances, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a fireplace and an entrance hall with a guest toilet. Two staircases, located opposite each other, lead to the second floor, where the sleeping area is located - two bedrooms, one of which has a panoramic terrace, and two bathrooms. A staircase in a small corridor leads to the upper floor - to the tower, where there is another bedroom with a mezzanine.
