Period Farmhouse/Country House in Umbria, Terni, Caste The estate is located on the Alfina plateau, in the area between the Orvieto rock and Lake Bolsena. Fattoria Palombaro is a farm consisting of an ancient stone farmhouse, recently restored, a technical building and structures intended for horse riding. The land of 15 hectares is divided into parkland, crop areas (6 hectares - 1.5 of which are used to grow vegetables), pastures (6 hectares) and woodland (2 hectares). The stone farmhouse of 400 sqm consists of an apartment of 150 sqm on the first floor and two apartments on the ground floor (70 sqm and 180 sqm). On the first floor, reached by a beautiful external staircase, there is a large living room with open kitchen and fireplace, a laundry room, a large bedroom with an attic, a bathroom, a study/bedroom with an attic and a bedroom with a bathroom. As for the ground floor apartments, one consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, and the other of a large tavern, workshop/laboratory, bedroom and bathroom.
