Picturesque, beautifully restored The proposed villa is located in the center of a charming town on the banks of the Piave River, in the province of Venice, and is a local landmark - so much so that in the central square there is a special plaque telling about the life of the villa, from the time of Doge Molina to the present day. The mansion of 800 sq. m. was built by order of the Doge of Venice Francesco Molina in the first half of the 18th century. During the First World War the villa was damaged and restored in 1925 in accordance with the original architectural project. The later reconstruction was completed in 2001, bringing functionality and modernization to the image of the villa. Thus, all systems were replaced and an elevator was installed. Along the entire perimeter of the villa there is a delightful garden of 1,000 sq. m., with a gazebo and an outdoor kitchen. Reference: 7318
